(1) To expose staff to current environment, trend and future of the industry.
(2) To enable staff to develop experience, specific skills and knowledge, as well as ‘hands on’ on expertise, technology and
‘State of The Art’ in the industry.
(3) To establish and improve the academic programme to make it more dynamic, relevant and recent through experience and
knowledge gained from this staff attachment.
(4) To look for expertise-sharing in research and projects.
(5) To identify niche area in certain field or programme for project and research.
(6) To explore latest infrastructure in the industry such as hi-tech tools, research sources instrumentation, laboratory and such to
improve and upgrade the infrastructure in the university.
