APPOINTED MEMBERS OF THE MOHE CEO@FACULTY PROGRAMME FOR A TERM OF TWO (2) YEARS
EFFECTIVE FROM 1 JANUARY 2025 TO 31 DECEMBER 2026

objeCTIVE

To encourage the sharing of knowledge and expertise that can be mutually beneficial between academia and industry through the pairing of selected CEOs with universities as mentors to provide advice, lectures, knowledge/information sharing, and ideas to students, lecturers, and university staff.

implementation method

• The term of appointment of the CEO with the university is approximately two (2) years.
• Contribute between 20 to 30 hours over the two (2) years of appointment to students, lecturers, and academic staff in the form of:
  
  • Lectures;
  • Knowledge sharing;
  • Case studies;
  • Keynote addresses;
  • Organising programmes/seminars and moderating forums;
  • Providing views and advice as a consultant in university management matters;
  • Assisting the university in research and innovation;
  • Receiving educational visits from students or faculty to the relevant industry/agency based on their respective areas of expertise; and
  • Any human capital development activities agreed upon by both parties.
